Acceptance

By using listen. you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

listen. converts article text to audio using AI text-to-speech and provides a private RSS podcast feed for Pro subscribers. The service is provided as-is.

Acceptable use

You may only convert content you own or have the right to reproduce. Do not use the service to convert copyrighted material without permission, generate spam, or circumvent usage limits.

Free plan

Free accounts may generate 1 article per account. We reserve the right to change free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Pro subscription

Pro is billed monthly via Stripe. The 7-day free trial will not be charged if cancelled before it ends. After the trial, you will be charged $5.99/month. Cancel anytime from the billing portal; your plan downgrades to Free at the end of the billing period.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. The audio files generated from your content are yours to download and use. We do not claim ownership over your content or the resulting audio.

Limitation of liability

listen. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
