What we collect

We collect your email address (via Clerk), the URLs or text you submit for conversion, and basic usage data (articles generated, plan status). We do not sell your data.

How we use it

Your email is used to send transactional messages (account confirmation, billing notifications). Article content is sent to OpenAI's API to generate audio and is not stored beyond what's needed to serve your feed.

Third-party services

We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, and OpenAI for text-to-speech. Each has their own privacy policy.

Your podcast feed

Your private RSS feed URL is unique to your account. Anyone with the URL can access your feed. Do not share it publicly if you want it to remain private.

Data retention

Your account data and generated audio files are retained while your account is active. You can delete individual episodes at any time from the app. To request full account deletion, email us at hello@listentothis.xyz.
